Why must I register to be a member & login in? What if I don't want to
register or login?

Ads" and get email notifications of used car ads
matching their selected criteria. Car Owners as Buyers can still search our database for a list of
used cars available. There is no requirement to register or login when searching.
Are services free for Car
Owners?
Some services are free for Car Owners, eg : Post "Car Wanted", Post "Car Sale Ad Match",
Post "Car
Wanted Ad Match". Some services are NOT Free as we need money to run our
operations & market the websites for your benefit & greater exposure.
Normally, when one is serious to sell, one will not mind our very
affordable rate of S$25 per car ad for 60 days exposure with 2 times
free refresh & 2 photos. Featured Car Sale Ad costs S$28 per car ad.
Moreover, Buyers are also skeptical to call / buy from "free" sites as sellers are
not serious enough to pay for a car ad to sell their car.

Our service provider is NETS. We do NOT have your credit card info or bank details. All information go to NETS.
How do I advertise my car for sale? How should I start?
First, we suggest your check your market price for your car via our "Featured
Car Dealers" or check "Quick Sell".
Then you must go to
Car Owner Registration
& register to be a Car Owner Member. Reply to the validation email &
you can then login & "Post Car Sale Ad". Give car details information &
submit. Proceed to payment & pay for the car ad. Your Car Sale Ad will
be online in a few hours after verification of payment. If there is no
payment, your Car Sale Ad will not be online.
What will my account show
after I login? Why do I have 3 car sale ads in my account?
After you login, your
account will be automatically allocated 3 car ads. It is for you to post
1 car ad with 2 times free refresh within 60 days. Each refresh will be
counted off as 1 car ad. Therefore you have a total of 3 car ads to work
with within 60 days after which you cannot post any more car ad or
refresh any car ad.
Can I edit / refresh my
car sale ad to latest date? How do I edit / copy or
refresh my car sale ad to latest date?
Yes, you can edit / refresh
car sale ad to latest date. At left navigation after
Login, go to "Edit / Copy / Refresh Car Sale Ads" to edit, copy or
refresh your car sale ad.
How long will my car sale
ad be shown online? When will it expires?
Your car sale ad will be
online for 60 days after which it will expires & goes offline.
Can I renew my expired
car sale ad?
Your expired car sale ads
will be kept in system for another 90 days for which it will then be
deleted. You can renew your expired car sale ad but you need to purchase
additional 3 credits for S$25 per car ad or S$28 per featured car ad
My car has been sold, how
do I change the status to "Sold"?
At left navigation after
Login, go to "Edit / Copy / Refresh Car Sale Ads" to edit your car sale ad status.
How does "Car Sale Ad
Match" or "Car Wanted Ad Match" work?
Matching "Car Sale Ad Match"
or "Car Wanted Ad Match" from past 90 days ads & incoming ads will be
email to you & also to your "My Car Sale Ad Match" & "My Car Wanted Ad
Match" After 90 days, all ad matching posting will auto expire & auto
delete.
Can I edit "Car Sale Ad
Match" or "Car Wanted Ad Match" postings ?
No system does not allow
editing for "Car Sale Ad Match" & "Car Wanted Ad Match". Please double
check before submitting.
How do I unsubscribe the Car Ad Match
Email Alert Setting?
Login & go to "Car Ad Match Email Alert Setting", click on
"No" and click "Submit".
I am not getting the Car Ad Match alert emails. What is happening?
Few reasons why you are not getting the Car Ad Match alert emails. Your email system
rejected our car sale ad match alert emails thinking they are spam materials. Your
hosting account for your email is rejecting our car sale ad match alert emails due to
spam control alert they have gotten from forgetful users who has
forgotten they have signed up for car sale ad match alert email & report to their
hosting company that we are spamming their account; thereby resulting in
our emails being banned. What you need to do is to update your hosting
company & your spam filter that you want to receive the car sale ad
match alert emails.
I got a error message "No such account .." What happened to my registration &
resume?
Your account must have been auto-deleted due to invalid
email or over quota. It could be also that your valid email rejected our
registration verification email thereby informing our system that your
valid email is invalid as message is bounced or rejected & thus system
deletes your account. You may have key in your email wrongly, eg :
".com" instead of ".com.sg". Or you may have wrong
spelt your email eg : "hootmail.com.sg"
instead of "hotmail.com". Or you may have misplaced the full stop "." eg
: "yahooc.om" instead of "yahoo.com". You need to re-register again &
make sure your email is valid & not over quota and does not reject our
verification email. You need to make sure everything is key in
correctly. Above examples are real life examples why account
has been auto-deleted.
I cannot login despite using the correct
email & password. What should I do?
Check whether your password is correct or not; send a
request for password by clicking onto "Resend Password" at the
top of each page. Check whether did you key in the full email address; it must be
full email address. Check whether your computer caps lock is on or off;
it must be off. Check whether you have login in "Car Owner" Section &
not others. Check whether you have added a full stop or a space after
the email or password; there should be no full stop or space. If still
cannot login, then it is possible that your account has been deleted due
to invalid email or over quota email. Send an email :

to request for help; giving email & password.
I have forgotten my login email &
password. What should I do?
On the top of each page, please click on the link "Resend Password?". You will then be asked for
your registered email & we will email you the password.
